date time stamp on mobile apps

automatically date time stamp notes and entries on mobile app. this should be an option that can be toggled on and off for those that may find it annoying. or the ability to manually add one myself like maybe typing @now . on an you can use a keyboard command but that doesn’t work on mobile phone
