Keyboard shortcut to follow link under cursor

Feature Request

The ability to follow a link which is currently highlighted under the cursor.

Suggestions

• Keyboard shortcuts: ctrl+o, alt+o, or ctrl+return.
• If a link is in the process of being created, this key command should also immediately create the link and go to the page.
• For example, if the link is "[[test" then ctrl+o would immediately create the link to the "test" page.
