Mini toolbar popup on selection for quicker formatting

When we select a word or words, have a mini toolbar popup right above the selection with things like bold, italic, underline, highlighting, formatting options, etc. just like it does in Microsoft Office. It’d be much quicker than having to move our mouse down to the bar at the bottom and in my view quicker than hitting a shortcut key combo.
