Option to disable 'Add Comment' (pop-up) when highlighting text.

If you rarely need to use/add comments - (such as with people who work alone, not w/Teams) BUT absolutely want to use the Library set-up -- it's a bit annoying for the little comment bubble to pop up each and every time you highlight text.
