Prioritise performance for pinned notes

If anyone is like me, I pin notes which I am actively editing.

Once any NJ notes get long, they seem to take longer to sync/load/appear.

I'm suggesting that any pinned notes are prefetched before they are clicked on (or whatever happens in the background), so that they are ready to edit immediately.
