The "Paste w/o Formatting" command is essentially the same as the command "Paste and Match Style" that exists in most Mac applications. That command has the shortcut Shift+Option+Command+V.

If you put "Clean Paste" and "Paste w/o Formatting" on the Edit menu I can override the keyboard shortcut in "System Preferences". Thanks.
