Star notebooks or tags

I'd love to see the ability to STAR a notebook or tags - like Evernote. This way, I can minimize the view of tags (of which I have too many), and notebooks, and just have the STAR tab opened. This is much more efficient than opening the tags tab and notebook tabs as there will be too many listings.
