Web clipper: Highlight text

The problem I face is having multiple sources of truth -- my knowledge management effort still includes several silos of information because no app (of course) does everything I need. Still, Notejoy would be a lot closer to "ideal" if its web clipper didn't merely clip text, but like Diigo or Weava, allowed users to highlight text (and save the entire Web page back to my library).
